Abstract
症例は41歳の男性で，既往に気管支喘息や好酸球性副鼻腔炎がある．心窩部痛と発熱のため当院救急外来を受診し，腹部造影CTで胆嚢壁のびまん性肥厚を認め，急性胆嚢炎の診断で緊急胆嚢摘出術を施行した．術後も心窩部痛の改善を認めず，上部消化管内視鏡検査で胃十二指腸に多発する潰瘍を認めた．また，採血で好酸球数の異常高値を認め，好酸球性胃腸炎を随伴した好酸球増多症の診断となり，ステロイド治療が奏効した．既往に気管支喘息や好酸球性副鼻腔炎を有する急性消化器疾患では，好酸球性胆嚢炎や好酸球性胃腸症を念頭に置いて診療にあたる必要があると思われる．
