Abstract
The activities of religious-political organizations lead to a rapid Islamization of the lower strata of society, and therefore hinder the development of the state and the effect of secular laws. In war of ideas, women are the victims. If they are caught up in the counter-society, they become subject to a medieval social order. If they are members of the secular part of society, they suffer from economic problems and also from all the traditions and practices which are reviving under the disguise of national values. It is only the secularization of society and the freeing-up of all areas of life from the influence of religion that offers a chance of progress. The politicians and the intelligentsia do not recognize this, and continue to suggest religion as a way of solving problems.Keywords: Islamization; religious-political organizations; secular laws; secularization of society; women
