Abstract

Within this article didactic, applied and research potentials of technologies of the modern knowledge base and a set of computing algorithms Wolfram in research of the game-theoretic models which are of particular importance in applied mathematical training of students of an economic bachelor degree in REU of G.V. Plekhanov are considered. Recommendations about use of Wolfram-technologies in the course of the research of game-theoretic models of the social and economic situations which are characterized by antagonism are submitted. The ideas stated in article can be used in a designing process of professionally significant subject matters, such as “Game theory”, “Theory of decision-making”, “Research of operations in economy”. Questions in the field of the game theory – relatively young science are the focus of attention of article. Its methods and models which development was begun about fifty years ago were demanded in the analysis of social and economic situations taking into account features of the information environment of decision-making. So far game-theoretic models, being special models of a research of operations, provided a lot of useful information for practice of decision-making. In article it is noted that application of the main questions of game-theoretic modeling is possible in various spheres of activity, in particular, in business, finance, policy and sport and also in daily household interaction and adoption of everyday decisions. In development of applied mathematical training of the bachelor of economy in REU of G.V. Plekhanov we faced need of formulation of the most important concepts of the game theory in language clear to the student of a bachelor degree and designed educational process taking into account minimization of theoretical reasoning and their replacement by the quantitative analysis of social and economic situations. We assign an essential part in strengthening of applied professional orientation of mathematical preparation to modern information technologies. In particular, in the context of development of ideas of game-theoretic modeling the modern knowledge base and a set of computing algorithms WolframAlpha is of special interest.
