Abstract
80歳代男性．各種画像検査で主膵管，総胆管の拡張を認め，膵頭部に約10mm大の腫瘤性病変が疑われたが不明瞭であった．内視鏡的経鼻膵管ドレナージ（ENPD）チューブを留置し，5回目の膵液細胞診で腺癌疑いの細胞を認め手術を施行．病理診断は，TS1（14mm）の膵癌であった．ENPDチューブ留置により，頻回の膵液細胞診が施行できるので，本法は小膵癌の診断に，特に有用である．
