Abstract
Five flavonoids were isolated from seeds of tatari buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum Gartner). By the spectral analysis and the direct comparisons of the isolates and their hydrolyzed products with the authentic flavonoids, they were assigned as quercetin, kaempferol, kaempferol 3-rutinoside, rutin and quercetin 3-rutinoside-7-galactoside respectively.
