Abstract

The first goal of this study is to verify whether a positive relationship between improving Supply Chain level CSR practice and corporate performance exists or not. As the second step of the research, we tried to confirm whether implementing benefit share strategy, and technological and human support strategy among various strategies of Coexistent Cooperation have positive moderate effect on the relationship respectively. To verify those research questions, empirical surveys on 203 companies in big cities of China were conducted.BR As the results of those surveys, we could confirm that enhancing companies’SC level CSR practice affects positively on corporate performance. And, as the further empirical results of moderate regression model analysis, carrying out benefit share strategy actively has affirmative effect on relationship between SC level CSR practice and corporate performance, while implementing technological and human support strategy actively does not. These empirical results offer us an management implication that more improvement in performance can be anticipated by enhancing companies’SC level CSR practices and implementing benefit share strategy at the same time.
