Russian Abstract: Одной из ключевых стратегических вертикалей современной научно-технологической политики Российской Федерации является перевод прикладных исследований в формат проектов полного жизненного цикла, включающих все этапы от решения фундаментальных задач до разработки прототипа рыночного продукта. Настоящая работа посвящена разработке методических подходов для принятия управленческих решений, направленных на повышение результативности КНТП, анализ типовых проблем которых проведен на примере программы «Постгеномные технологии: от генетического редактирования к синтетической биологии». English Abstract: One of the key strategic verticals of the modern science and technology policy of the Russian Federation is the translation of applied research into the format of full life cycle projects, including all stages from solving fundamental problems to developing a prototype market product. This paper is devoted to the development of methodological approaches for making management decisions aimed at improving the effectiveness of the KSTP, the analysis of typical problems of which is carried out on the example of the program “Post-Genomic Technologies: From Genetic Editing to Synthetic Biology”.
