Abstract
Existent researches about Indoor thermal comfort during sleep had been studied the fact that sleep comfort is influence of ambient temperature. But they did not consider airflow. So the objective of this study is to define sleep comfort by ambient temperature fluctuations and airflow during middle part of sleep. This study was performed to evaluate sleep comfort based on the analysis of physiological signals and MST under constant thermal condition and fluctuated thermal conditions constant thermal condition with airflow. As results, we found that ambient temperature fluctuations and exposed to airflow was better than constant ambient temperature without airflow for sleep comfort.
