Abstract

The article examines the system of individual personal concepts that comprise the concept sphere of a scientist as an elitist linguistic personality. An elitist linguistic personality embraces comprehensive cultural and speech potential. The concept sphere of a scientist as an elitist linguistic personality includes individual personal concepts that do not have a strict hierarchical order. In particular, loneliness is conceptualized according to various models and is analyzed as one of the main categories, and is also perceived as the semantic focus of university discourse. There are three identified metaphorical models of the concept “loneliness”. The concept “loneliness” is represented by means of the idea of integrity with society, but at the same time inner loneliness, freedom from conventions, as well as awareness of the inevitability of death and wasted time. The individual personal marker-component reflects the author’s individual style of the writer himself, his religious views, personal experience and linguistic characteristics.
