Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the characteristics of personal and creative development of fire-service technical university cadets. The subject of the study is the process of personal and creative development of cadets. It has been empirically established that among cadets the Torrance method shows predominance of the originality factor (50%), followed by the fluency factor (25%), then accuracy (13%) and the flexibility factor (12%). This indicates the cadets' ability to creatively express their personality. This fact has been confirmed by pedagogical observation. It has been found out that there is an influence of mental development on the level of creative development.
