Abstract
The research is about the analysis of regulatory documents for passing the accreditation procedure of the inspection agency in the energy industry. Based on the analysis, the difficulties that accompany the process of preparing for the accreditation procedure were identified. The requirements of regulatory documents are presented in the form of a summary table. It is shown that the requirements for inspection agencies are structured according to five points – these are general requirements, structure requirements, resource requirements, process requirements, quality management system requirements. It has been established about the agency of inspection complying the requirements and industry legislation.
