Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى اتساق معتقدات معلمي رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية وممارساتهم الصفية حول استخدام اسلوب التعلم باللعب، کما اهتمت أيضا بمعرفة أثرالخبرة التدريسية على تلک المعتقدات، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بإعداد أدوات الدراسة، والتي تمثلت في مقياس المعتقدات، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الممارسة الصفية، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (34) معلما تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من بين معلمي رياضيات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى من المرحلة الابتدائية، وقد أظهرت النتائج مايأتي: - وجود اعتقاد قوي لدى المعلمين (عينة الدراسة ) حول استخدام أسلوب التعلم باللعب. - ممارسة المعلمين لأسلوب التعلم باللعب داخل صفوفهم کانت بدرجة متوسطة. - لم يستدل على أي أثر لعامل الخبرة التدريسية على معتقدات المعلمين. - عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α≤ 0.05) بين معتقدات المعلمين حول استخدام أسلوب التعلم باللعب وممارساتهم الصفية له. The Extent of Primary School Mathematic's Teachers Consisteney in Beliefs and their classroom Practices in Using the learning by Play. This Study aimed at identifying the extent of consistency among the beliefs of Mathematic's teachers in the primery Stage and their Classroom Practice in using learning by play approach. The study also paid attention to identifying the effect of teaching experience on those beliefs. To achieve this objective, the researcher designed a scale for measuring teachers' beliefs and an observation card for assessing classroom practice. TheStudy sample consisted of (n=34) participants which were randomaly chosen from teachers of mathematics teaching in the frist three years of the Primary Stage.The study results revealed the following: -The existence of a strong belief among teachers in using theLearning by Playing Approach. -The results also indicated that teachers use this approach in moderate way in their classroom. -No effect was found for teaching experience with regard to teachers' belies. -No statically significant correlation at the (α≤0.05) level was found between Teachers' beliefs about the Learning by Playing Approach and their classroom practice using this approach.
