Abstract
The article shows the results of the study of religious identity in the Republic of Kalmykia. Analyzed are such aspects as: religious identity, predetermination of religions. The investigation made it possible to reveal the influence of age on the predetermination of the respondents’ religious identity. Age influences the use of religious attributes.
