В статье рассматривается проблемы противодействия экологической преступности, посягающей на объекты животного мира и лесов. Ключевые слова: экологические преступления, экологическая полиция, рубка лесных насаждений, лесное законодательство, окружающая среда, животный мир, экологический мониторинг. Актуальность выбранной темы состоит в том, что экологические преступления, посягающие на объекты животного мира, относятся к важнейшим социальным проблемам. Наказание за отстрел без разрешения животного или зверя в общедоступных охотничьих угодьях будет жестче – сумма исчисления вреда будет умножаться в три раза.
