Abstract
The following were the purpose of this study. First, whether acceptance of disability construct change of factor pattern with the males and females; testing configural, metric, scalar invariance. Second, it was to find latent mean difference between male and female using latent mean analysis. The physical disability 267(male 154, female 113) were participated. The data from this study were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 for multi-group confirmatory factor analysis, latent mean analysis, and chi-square test. The summarized results of this study are following below; First, the configural, metric, scalar invariance, and variance invariance were satisfied for multi-group confirmatory factor analysis. Second, according to the latent mean analysis, male physical disability`s latent mean of positive acceptance of disability was -.036 and male physical disability`s latent mean negative acceptance of disability was -.029. Third, when it comes to effect size was medium effect which positive acceptance of disability factor was .319 and negative acceptance of disability factor was .215.
