Abstract

The article analyzes healthcare costs by regions of Russia in the pre-pandemic period, at the height of the epidemic and after it. In the process of implementing the national project «Healthcare» and the state programs included in it, the financing of such an important industry has undergone significant changes and its growth is observed. However, COVID-19 has made its own adjustments to the size and dynamics of budget allocation for healthcare organizations. These figures do not meet objective needs in all regions, and the gap between minimum and maximum is very eloquent. To smooth out these gaps, it is possible to recommend the leadership of the regions to actively engage in fundraising and develop the institution of public-private partnership. To achieve this goal, the methods of vertical and horizontal analysis, trend, graphical, tabular analysis, deduction, induction were used in the work. The results of the study were the determination of the list of regions with the highest and lowest level of healthcare financing. The results obtained can serve as a basis for adjusting the relevant policy of Russia, as well as the development of the institute of public-private partnership in regions with a minimum level of funding.
