Abstract

The study purpose on investigate How self management effects on exercise satisfaction and exercise adherence for Taekwondo player. 269 Taekwondo players data were used for this study. Using the statistics program SPSS 18.0, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to draw the following conclusions. First, Among sub factor of self management, interpersonal management and mental management are positive effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, Among sub factor of self management, interpersonal management is positive effects on tendency and reinforement. And mental management and training management are positive effects on tendency, reinforcement and possibility. Body management is positive effects on tendency. Third, Workout satisfaction is positive effects on tendency, reinforcement and possibility at sub factor of exercise adherence.
