Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among fun factors, leisure enthusiasm, and continue participating intention in untact sports. Data from 206 participants were used using the convenience sampling method for the participants of physical sports who have participated in or have participated in untact sports activities while living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. For data processing, SPSS 22.0 program and AMOS 22.0 program were used. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model verification analysis were performed. Based on the research results drawn from this study, the following conclusions were drawn. First, physical strength and health improvement and family support, which are sub-factors of the fun factor of untact sports participants, had a positive and significant effect on the enthusiasm for leisure. Second, physical fitness and health improvement, which are sub-factors of the fun factor of untact sports participants, had a positive and significant effect on participation continuation intention, but family support did not significantly affect participation continuation intention. Third, enthusiasm for leisure had a positive effect on intention to continue participation.
