Abstract
최근 과학관들은 과학해설사를 활용한 전시해설 프로그램을 확대하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 방향의 적절성을 검증해보고 전시해설 프로그램의 발전 방안을 제언하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 국립과천과학관 전시해설 프로그램을 경험한 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문조사의 결과를 활용하여 전시해설 프로그램의 어떠한 세부요소들이 관람객의 프로그램 만족도와 재방문 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 정량적으로 분석하였다.BR 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전시해설 프로그램 구성 요소 중
