Abstract
В статье рассматривается и иллюстрируется случай диагностики успешно излеченной веноокклюзионной болезни печени у ребенка с нейробластомой после трансплантации аутологичных стволовых клеток. Представлена клиническая характеристика веноокклюзионной болезни печени, процедура ультразвукового исследования в мультимодальном исполнении, определяющая приоритетные для визуализирующих методов возможности диагностики данного заболевания. In the article discusses and illustrates a case of diagnosing successfully treated veno-occlusive liver disease in a child with neuroblastoma after autologous stem cell transplantation. The clinical characteristics of veno-occlusive liver disease and the multimodal ultrasound examination procedure, which determines the priority diagnostic capabilities of this disease for imaging methods, are presented.
