Abstract

The basic physiological and psychological components that affect human development. It is proved that the use of physio-psychological laws of employment of workers has a positive impact in improving personnel management in enterprises. Article human capital seems no less important than the material means of production, and is a guarantee for achieving competitiveness, economic growth and efficiency.
