Abstract

Basic physiological and psychological components that influence on development of human potential and their positive influence is well-proven in a management by a personnel are considered. The factors of activation of intellectual potential are presented. Human resource or more expedient human capital as a potential resource of economic development of countries. Rational use and piling up of human capital, as a strategic resource of community development, key factor of creation of competitive edges and increase of welfare of society. The basic physiological and psychological components that affect human development. It is proved that the use of physio-psychological laws of employment of workers has a positive impact in improving personnel management in enterprises. Article human capital seems no less important than the material means of production, and is a guarantee for achieving competitiveness, economic growth and efficiency. Presented factors enhance intellectual capacity. Established and proven close link labor and intellectual potential, and their impact on the efficiency of production processes and personal development of each individual employee.
