Abstract

This research singled out the study of a Moroccan family, the Banu Ashra who lived in the fifth and early sixth centuries in Sale in Morocco, under the Almoravid state. And it was confined to one of its houses, which is the house of Ali bin Al-Qasim, so this study aimed to track all that was said about the head of this family, Ali bin Al-Qasim, and his sons Ahmed, Al-Hassan, Yahya and Youssef, from poetry and an analytical study that highlights the status of the literary family in that time period. This is done by collecting the poetry that was said about them, and classifying it according to the poetic purposes for which it was organized
