المعوقات التی تحد من قیام الاخصائی الاجتماعی بدوره فی تنمیة الوعی بأسالیب التواصل الاسری

Abstract

ملخص يشير مفهوم التواصل الي شبکة العلاقات الاجتماعية بين افراد الاسرة الي العلاقة بين الازواج فيما بينهم والعلاقة بين الوالدين والابناء ، وقد يأخذ التواصل أشکال متعددة من أهمها التفاهم- التعاون- الاقناع- الحوار لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي التعرف علي المعوقات التي تحد من قيام الاخصائي الاجتماعي بدوره في تنمية الوعي بأساليب التواصل للأسر المنتجة بوحدات التضامن الاجتماعي ، وتضمنت عدة مفاهيم أساسية هي (الدور- الوعي – التواصل ) وتنتمي هذه الدراسة الي نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية ،واعتمدت علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالوحدات الاجتماعية ، واعتمدت في جمع البيانات علي استمارة استبيان لمعرفة المعوقات التي تحد من قيام الاخصائي الاجتماعي بدوره في تنمية الوعي بأساليب التواصل الاسري وتم تطبيق الدراسة علي عدد من الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالوحدات الاجتماعية بمراکز محافظة الفيوم من خلال الحصر الشامل لعدد(130) مفردة ، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن مستوي مرتفع من معوق الخبرة المحدودة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين فيما يرتبط بالعمل مع المشکلات الاسرية ، ومستوي متوسط من معوق قلة عدد الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بوحدات الاسر المنتجة . Abstract . The concept of family communication refers the network of social relationships between family members to the relationship between spouses among them; and the relationship between fathers, mothers and children on the other hand. Family communication may take many forms, most important of which are: “understanding - cooperation - guidance, assistance and support - persuasion - dialogue.” Therefore, the study aimed to identify the obstacles that limit the social worker’s role in developing awareness of family communication methods for productive families in social solidarity units, and it included several basic concepts (role - awareness - family communication). This study belongs to the style of descriptive and analytical studies. It relied on the methodology of comprehensive social survey of social workers working in social units. It also relied on collecting data on a questionnaire form To know the obstacles that limit the social worker to play his/her role in developing awareness of family communication methods. The study was applied to a number of social workers working in social units in Fayoum governorate centers through a comprehensive count of (130) individuals. The conclusions of the study are the high level obstacle of social workers’ limited experience in relation to work with family problems, the obstacle of social workers’ small number working in productive family units,
