Abstract

The monograph presents detailed scientific research on the origin, domestication and domestication of cattle, the history of the origin and formation of the cattle industry in the world. Materials on the biological diversity of species and breeds of cattle are presented. Attention is focused on the classification of species and subspecies of livestock, the main breeds.
