Abstract
The article is devoted to characteristics of assessment of the Human Resource management system in the wine-trade sphere, as well as creation of model for assessment of HR management sub-systems for a wine trade enterprise. There are seven elements considered as subsystems: personnel policy, personnel selection, personnel evaluation, personnel adaptation, personnel allocation, person-nel training, and personnel incentives. A list of 36 indicators that can be used to evaluate the person-nel management system ofany company is presented. This sample is reduced for the model of evalu-ation of the personnel management system of a wine-trading enterprise to 15 indicators so that each subsystem is evaluated by at least 2. This allows avoiding redundancy in the assessment. The selec-tion of indicators is based on their scale of influence on the activity of the enterprise: for example, the level of turnover in the first 3 months of work is one of the most important indicators of the recruit-ment subsystem in trade, affecting both the budget and the efficiency of line staff. The model can be applied for wine trade enterprises of any scale, operating in any markets under normal conditions, it is recommended to apply it to assess the management of personnel of trade areas. Thereference values of each indicator for the wine trade enterprise are specified based on the study of scientific and pro-fessional sources, as well as expert opinions of specialists from the wine trade, professional experi-ence of one of the authors.
