Abstract

The problem of ensuring the reliability and durability of machines, instruments, vehicles, automatic equipment and military equipment is one of the most important in modern conditions without which it can not be achieved by technological progress and economic prosperity of society. It is not only cost savings, scarce materials, fuel and energy, but also ecological purity, technical safety and material well-being of society, using all sorts of hardware. The development of modern technology is characterized by high demands on the quality and reliability of the machines, is inextricably linked with their performance. One of these details are bearing supports. On the performance of bearings is influenced by many design, technological, operational factors. And in all these areas is carried out painstaking, persistent work of scientists, engineers and specialists. But all the same for the most part reserves to improve the quality of bearings is limited by traditional means. In this paper the authors propose a new, yet not limited reserves of increase of efficiency of rolling bearings through the use of scientifically-based design method of rolling bearings with non-traditional form of work surfaces.
