Abstract

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the dynamic changes of recent years have had a negative impact on the labour market, resulting in specialists whose professional profile does not meet the expectations of employers. As a result of the study, it was found that the greatest difficulty in training personnel is the adaptation of the educational process to the needs of employers, which actualizes the problem of studying the structure and elements of the system for the formation of professional competencies, training, retraining and advanced training of personnel. The analysis of scientific literature, systematization and generalization of theoretical concepts for the development of personnel competencies were used as research methods. The structure of the system for the formation of professional competencies, training, retraining and advanced training of personnel is proposed, which allows it to be flexible and adaptive, capable of changing the internal and external environment of the labour market. Particular attention was paid to the compatibility of additional education with the needs of employers as the most important factor allowing people to find a job.
