Abstract

Jeonju was one of the 9 Ju of the Unified Silla Era and was the capital of the Hubaekje, and was Base city during that time Jeolla-Do was first born after the local ruling system of the Koryo 5 Do 2 Kye was established.It is the obligation of the oldest citizens to look at the significance of Jeolla Gamyoung restoration and propose a utilization plan in the year of Jeolla Do’s 1000 years of history, and it is the gesture to establish Jeolla-Do as historical and cultural cities city that keeps the cultural thought of the Korean people. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide the cultural contents of Gamyoung which has a history of 600 years with the restoration of Jeolla Gamyoung in Jeonju city. In addition, It is to make Jeolla Gamyoung as a key icon of Jeonju culture and suggests various ways to make people to be proud of something in Gwangju Metropolitan City, Jeollabuk-do and Jeollanam-do. To this end, we present nine Cultural Contents of Jeolla Gamyoung focusing on the existing Historical documents for Jeolla Gamyoung, the diary of the Jeolla Gwanchalsa and the duties of Jeolla Gwanchalsa.
