Abstract
潰瘍性大腸炎に対する外科治療は大腸全摘,回腸人工肛門,結腸全摘,回腸直腸吻合,大腸全摘,回腸嚢肛門吻合術などが行われているが,最近は大腸全摘回腸嚢肛門吻合術が一般化し,数多く行われている.この術式も肛門管を温存する変法もあり,これらの利点,欠点について要約した.
