Abstract

Рассмотрены результаты исследования запросов работодателей из различных отраслей к профессиональной подготовке специалистов в сфере сервиса. Представлены наиболее востребованные компетенции, а также личные качества. Проанализированы требования работодателей к содержанию подготовки специалистов по сервису в Дальневосточном регионе. Делается вывод о необходимости разработки динамической модели взаимодействия вузов и работодателей. The results of a study of the requests of employers from various industries for the professional training of specialists in the service sector are considered. The most in demand competencies, as well as personal qualities, are presented. The requirements of employers for the content of training of service specialists in the Far Eastern region are analyzed. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a dynamic model of interaction between universities and employers.
