Abstract
The main task of the enterprise of the military-industrial complex is the production of military equipment. Production is divided into experimental and serial. Pilot production involves the execution of the entire cycle of work from the technical project to the approval of the working design documentation for serial production, and serial production is the production of equipment that has successfully passed the necessary tests and has a letter. During pilot production, design and technological training is carried out. They involve the release of various types of documents. At the same time, the presence of management tools for managers is required. As a rule, the management of technical preparation of production is carried out by the head of the thematic design department. In the context of an increasing number of works in the field of scientific research and development of high-tech equipment and high-tech equipment, their complexity is partly due to the introduction of modern digital technologies. At the same time, the tools and methods used by managers to manage the technical preparation of production should correspond to and facilitate the performance of complex work.
