Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the multi-relations for transformational leadership, team-member exchange, team commitment and turnover intention of hotel employees. Data is collected from regular employees of the deluxe hotel in Seoul Korea. The results of this study are as follows.BR First, transformational leadership has positive impact on team-member exchange. Second, transformational leadership has positive impact on team commitment. Third, transformational leadership has negative impact on turnover intention. Fourth, team-member exchange has positive impact on team commitment. Fifth, team-member exchange has negative impact on turnover intention. Lastly, team commitment has a little negative impact on turnover intention.
