КЛЮЧОВИЙ ІННОВАЦІЙНИЙ РЕСУРС СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Abstract

The study determines, that the entropy of technologies in all areas of the society’s life mediates a special connection in the relational system of man-machine, which determines the interconnected and remapable development of both. It is an individual, in our opinion, in their nature, in the process of their activities, who acts as a source and cornerstone system-forming element for three basic development systems: social, economic and and technical. Gnoseological and, at the same time, the transforming manifestation of human consciousness exhibits its result in two interacting, complementary and interconnected planes: as the creative essence of the individual and as a public consciousness. It was substantiated, that the epistemological contradiction of historical variability and constancy characterizes the science as a specific form of public consciousness, which appears to be in dialectical development: further knowledge is formed on the basis of existing, accumulated through history of mankind, and this knowledge, on the one hand, complements the existing one and, on the other -- depreciates the previous one, forming knowledge. The peculiarity of science as a manifestation of public consciousness consists in complementance and contradictions of new and old knowledge that are created and transformed by the creative consciousness of individuals (scientists and researchers) as subjects of scientific social production. Personal consciousness of individual scientists materialized in the form of real discoveries converts into public consciousness in the form of fundamental knowledge, developments and innovations used by humanity and, simultaneously, transforms and forms the consciousness of separate individuals, which in turn will provide a onward recursion in the future. Consequently, we can conclude that and technological progress is the result of consciousness of a human, both personal and public. And the ability of human consciousness to embody and concretize their creative personality, generating knowledge, we consider to be the innovative manifestation of man as a cornerstone resource of triune development. On the basis of the above, it is substantiated that a person, but rather, human consciousness is an infinite, constantly renewable key innovative resource of development, this infinity is implemented by science as a form of public consciousness incarnation, that provides fundamental foundations for the expanded reproduction of this resource. At the same time, the personal consciousness that is its source is fragile, characterized by the impossibility of formalization and copying, as well as in a certain stochasticity of recursion, which is explained by the variability and transiency of human life. It was emphasized that the elimination of the economic motive, in our opinion, in any case will reduce the need for the development of the individual and the implementation of their creative essence, which mediates the direction of further research, namely: the actualization of goals and, accordingly, the mechanism of sustainable development from the position of decreasing socialistic hypertrophy.
