Abstract

The article specifies the essential attributes of strategic competencies, defines their role as an effective tool for the post-war recovery and transformation of domestic IT corporations. It is emphasized that the strategic competencies of the IT corporation are a derived component of corporate management. A set of strategic competencies of an IT corporation is considered important and in demand for a specific company with its unique corporate governance, and will not always be effective for another corporation. Therefore, each corporation should form its own set of strategic competencies. The expediency of increasing the flexibility of strategic competencies in IT corporations, and the dominant expansion of their strategic horizons of activity based on modern technologies in the context of the formation of new business values, which take into account the challenges of the martial law and the specifics of domestic IT corporations regarding the project-team profile of their functioning and behavioral models of interactions with contact audiences. In particular, it is stated that in the context of intensifying competitive struggle and strengthening of destructive transformational changes in the business environment, an urgent question arises regarding increasing the flexibility of strategic competencies in IT corporations. This problem is actualized also by the need to expand the range of alternative solutions regarding the choice of forms, means, mechanisms of response to the transformation of the economic environment. The flexibility of strategic competencies in the IT corporation is the ability of the corporation to successfully carry out its activities in the transformative conditions of the business environment with a large amplitude. The importance of expanding the existing level of flexibility and differentiation of strategic competences in IT corporations, determining expediency according to the criterion of functionality, implementing resource costs, reserving assets, accumulating financial reserves and working out organizational measures related to the support of adaptive flexible abilities and capabilities of the corporation are closely intertwined, first of all with the strengthening of the strategic forecasting ability regarding filtering and selection of the optimal alternative development trajectory and a harmonious variant of the configuration of the consumption of various resources.
