Abstract

ABSTRACT To survive and flourish in an increasingly competitive environment, many companies are working to improve their research and development abilities to raise product quality and create new products, as well as to encourage the employee and increase the employee job satisfaction. Today CHI LIN Technology CO., LTD; a subsidiary company of CHIMEI group which major product is backlight assembly and part of the supply chain of TFT LCD, also face to the same situation, therefore, CHI LIN also adopts the organizational change. The purpose of the study is going to find out the better organizational change to execute which suits to the organizational culture of CHI LIN, and then to promote the better job satisfaction. A questionnaire survey is developed and answered by the employees of CHILIN. The study provided 250 paper questionnaires and the effective questionnaire is 157. SPSS is tool which used to analyze the key factors. Through t-test to test the interaction of demographic variables to organizational culture, organizational change and job satisfaction and using regression analysis to understand the influence level of all variable. This result shows that organizational culture significantly influences on organizational change and organizational culture also significantly influences on job satisfaction; organizational change significantly influences on job satisfaction; besides, the cognition of demographic variables are significantly different on organizational culture, organizational change and job satisfaction. Therefore, according to the variable of organizational culture and demographic, then manager of CHI LIN can be available to make the right strategy of organizational change, and then to promote the job satisfaction.
