Abstract
The article considers a key element of digital business transformation – the transition to electronic document management systems (EDMS). The process of introducing EDMS into the existing organization management system using a risk-based approach was studied, due to which the main threats and risks to ensure the economic security of the organization were identified. Based on the analysis of risks and threats arising from the introduction of an EDMS into the management system of an economic entity, recommendations are formulated for their minimization and prevention. The analysis of the Russian market of electronic document management systems was carried out.
