Abstract
安定化ヘモグロビン(polyethylene glycol conjugate of pyridoxylated human hemoglobinまたはSHb),新鮮血,赤血球浮遊液,FC-43emulsionをラットの血液と交換し,これらの交換輸血が体肺循環に与える影響を比較検討することによって,安定化ヘモグロビンの臨床使用の可能性を検討した.赤血球浮遊液による交換では体肺循環はほとんど変化しなかった.新鮮血で交換すると,活性化された自血球や血小板が肺微小血管を傷害し,肺水腫が発生した.FC-43emulsionによる交換では,実験動物全例が低酸素血漿で死亡した.安定化ヘモグロビンによる交換では,体肺循環障害や異常免疫反応は発生せず,むしろ肺微小循環の改善がみられた.以上より,安定化ヘモグロビンは臨床使用の可能性の高い人工血液であると考えられる.
