Abstract
日本板硝子(株)では, 社内発生技術資料の一元化管理を昭和54年以来実施し, 現在に至っている。このシステムは各店部で作成された技術関係報告書を東京本社の技術企画部で集中管理するもので, ここで資料をマイクロフィルム化し, 検索カードを作り, 定期的に収録情報をフィードバックして技術の蓄積と活用を図っている。収録件数は月平均100件, 情報の蓄積量は約4,000件である。このたび検索システムを従来の検索カード (タナック・マーク・カード) 方式から電電公社のDEMOS-Eを利用したオンライン検索方式に切りかえた。本報では, これらの経過と概要について紹介する。
