Abstract

This study verified the relationship between the education of food service entrepreneurship and the preparation behavior of entrepreneurship for women with career interruption and verified the mediating effect of the entrepreneurial intention. The research was conducted from June 1 to 30, 2022 in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. Of these, 230 valid copies were finally analyzed. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: As a result of the analysis, it was found that food service entrepreneurship education had a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial intention had a positive (+) effect on information gathering activities and preparation activities for entrepreneurial experiences. It was found that the food service entrepreneurship education had a significant positive (+) effect on information gathering activities and preparation activities for entrepreneurship experience. In addition, the mediating effect of entrepreneurial intention will was confirmed in the relationship between food service entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial preparation behavior.
