Abstract
The paper aims to reveal specificity of the Yakut hotel names taking into account their structural, semantic and functional features. The article describes means of ergonyms formation, identifies their structural types, considers composite nomination models and provides a functional-thematic classification of ergonyms. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that the Yakut hotel names are for the first time analysed in the structural-semantic and functional aspects. The research findings are as follows: the authors identify the most productive means of the Yakut hotel names formation, reveal the most frequent means of composite nomination, consider semantic features on which nomination is based, as well as functions typical of ergonyms of a certain semantic group.
