Abstract
Ефективне функціонування й довгостроковий розвиток підприємств визначаюься швидкістю та адекватністю їх реакції на зміни зовнішнього середовища, вмінням своєчасно адаптуватись до них, що зумовлює актуальність досліджень з вивчення формування стратегії адаптації. У статті обґрунтовано науково–методичний підхід до вибору напряму адаптивного розвитку підприємства, в основу якого покладено розрахунок коефіцієнта адаптаційних можливостей розвитку господарюючого суб’єкта, який базується на урахуванні рівня його адаптаційного потенціалу та відповідності окремих його елементів інструментам управління адаптацією. Реалізація розробленого науково–методичного інструментарію дозволить підприємствам, використовуючи власні можливості, попередити або ослабити загрози зовнішнього середовища.

Efficient functioning and long–term development of enterprises are determined by the speed and adequacy of their response to changes in the environment, the ability to timely adaptation to them, which leads to the topicality of the researches on the formation of the adaptation strategy
The scientific and methodical approach to the choice of enterprise adaptive development tendency is grounded in the article, coefficient of entity’s adaptive opportunities is base for the calculation of this approach, it bases on taking into account of its level of adaptive potential and correspondence with certain of its elements to adaptation management methods
Для обґрунтованого вибору напряму адаптивного розвитку запропоновано науково–методичний підхід, який передбачає розрахунок коефіцієнта адаптаційних можливостей розвитку господарюючого суб’єкта, сформованого за результатами оцінювання відповідності окремих елементів адаптаційного потенціалу напрямам та інструментам управління адаптацією
