Abstract

This study developed a personality evaluation model for human nature central student selection, etc. special purpose high schools and universities was conducted in the aim of ensuring the validity of personality centered student selection. Therefore the four-step procedure, first, the situation of through the analysis of the expert council and teachers commissioned appraiser brainstorming through the meeting with leading research and personality evaluation element evaluation, was to derive the evaluation questions. Second, the situation of evaluation and personality evaluation elements through an advisory written of a high school teacher advisory committee, was consulted for the evaluation questions. Third, by analyzing the personality evaluation factors based on the personality evaluation elements and university human resources image and the student section, which is important in high school curriculum through the expert council, the significance of each evaluation situation, strengths and weaknesses, and we have to analyze the efficiency. Fourth, set the evaluation sulfur and integrated assessment element through the expert council, and the interview evaluation question by finalized developed a personality evaluation model. The results of the study were first, toughness in personality evaluation model is independence, community property, a conceptual definition to integrity death. Second, personality model, volunteer activities as a multi-level evaluation model, cooperation activities, group interview, made up of individual interview of the order. Third, the evaluation contents of the group interview is the responsibility of the area of independence, self-leadership, and sharing of community region, to understand compassion, cooperation, conflict management, values of the entire region, the universal principle, respect others, and configured in relation directivity. Fourth, the content of the evaluation of the individual interview, problem solving skills, major compatibility, is composed of truth and value of the contents of the documents.
