Abstract
The article is devoted to modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of pain syndromes caused by the development of degenerative destructive changes in the intervertebral joints (facet syndrome). The modern therapeutic tactics of the disease are described; indications for the surgical treatment of the disease are presented. Modern methods of surgical treatment of facet syndrome are briefly and schematically described. The data of the immediate and long-term results of surgical methods of treatment of facet syndrome are presented.
