Abstract

The article analyzes the content of beatings as a social and legal conflict, on the basis of which the signs inherent in administrative beatings are highlighted, justifying the conclusion that the author’s definition of beatings involves administrative liability. In addition, a list of characteristics that complement these characteristics has been defined. The author focuses on the industry priority of legal norms providing for administrative and criminal liability for assault. Statistical data indicates the relevance of the research topic, according to which the composition of an administrative offense provid-ing for liability for battery is one of the most frequently committed administrative offenses.
