Abstract

Migration processes have a decisive role for the modern development of Russia, since migration has an extremely negative impact on the socioeconomic spheres of life and significantly aggravates the crime situation. In particular, the influx of illegal immigration stimulates the underground economy and limits the possibility of replenishing the state budget. The illegal component of migration processes has turned into a well-established criminal business with a developed structure, as well as the development of an “economic economy” with many participants and a large turnover of funds. The criminal activity of immigration crime has a significant impact on criminological security in the country and aggravates the criminogenic situation as a whole. Without eliminating the criminal impact, it is impossible to improve its demographic and socio-economic situation. In this regard, the study of the nature of offenses in the context of migration processes is timely and justified.
