Abstract
The Russian Parliament continues to steadily improve financial legislation, taking into account the requirements of the times, market demands and law enforcement experience. Recently, the list of new legislative acts adopted on this basis was supplemented, in particular, by Federal Law No. 330-FZ of July 14, 2022 and Federal Law No. 561-FZ of December 28, 2022.
