Abstract
A clinical observation of an early abdominal pregnancy is presented. The diagnosis was made by direct visualization of the fertilized egg in the abdominal cavity during ultrasound imaging; its mean internal diameter was 2.6 mm. No common clinical features of the disease were observed: no menstrual delay, abnormal menstruation, bloody vaginal discharge; urine test was negative before the day of expected menstruation (17 days before the patient’s visit).
