Abstract
Настоящая статья является обзором данных литературы о клиническом значении хронотерапии артериальной гипертонии у пациентов с гипертонической болезнью. Приведен хронотерапевтический подход к лечению артериальной гипертонии, позволяющий повысить эффективность лечения с учетом времени назначения антигипертензивных препаратов. Представлены результаты многочисленных исследований, посвященных возможности снижения риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений при нормализации суточного ритма артериального давления.

Наведено хронотерапевтичний підхід до ліку вання артеріальної гіпертонії, що дозволяє підвищити ефективність лікування з урахуванням часу призначення антигіпертензивних препаратів. Присвя чених можливості зниження ризику серцево-судинних ускладнень при нормалізації добового ритму артеріального тиску.
