Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of career guidance practices implemented in educational institutions of the Leningrad region. It presents some results of an empirical study carried out in schools of the Leningrad Region by the Center for Sociological Research of the North-Western Institute of Management of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2022 Region are presented. On the basis of the data obtained, the features of career guid-ance activities in educational organizations were identified, the effectiveness and efficiency of established practices were analyzed.
