Abstract
It is important to establish a systematic education and training system for specialists in order to provide stable supply and demand of specialists who work in the railway field. Recently, In the revision of the Railway Safety Law, It is necessary to strengthen the capacity of railway specialists in response to changes in the railway environment. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the training situation of domestic and foreign railway specialists and draw up the improvement methods of railway education training system. Based on these, we proposed the education training system construction for workers of railway operators.
